house is located 5 km from the «route piémontaise» (D 908 between
Bédarieux and Clermont l'Hérault) at the entrance of the village (the
name comes from previous Bauxit mining, which hasn´t been exploited any
more for more than 50 years) with a view to the valley and forest. It is
original and comfortably
renovated and has distinctive features such as a roof terrace, not
visible to passers-by,
a double bath tub in the upper sleeping room or a door and wall
from coloured glass (the owners are artisans and offer workshops for glass
art)
Two
separate flats are in the house: one flat on two different levels,
sleeping 4 and one flat on one level, sleeping 2 people.
Flat
for 4-5 persons:
This part is only let between mid May and mid October because
it is the owner´s main residence
Flat
for 2-3 persons:
This part of the house is let all year round and has central
heating.
